A one of a kind driftwood dome built with love and talent by premier artist Alex Witcombe of Drift Creations. Here participants will be guided into a deep meditative state to be rejuvenated through rich visualization and embodiment practices powered by plant allies in custom herbal tea blends.  \nNext join Sarah at Sound Seed Yoga for a Sound Bath to assist with inner harmony and connection to the natural world. Sarah uses her voice\, singing bowls\, shamanic drumming and a variety of other sound medicine instruments to create a truly transformative experience. Through the phenomenon of entrainment\, the body and entire being align easily\, thus setting the stage for flow state and enhanced relation to all that is.  \nTo close your mini retreat experience Quadra Island Kayaks will whisks you away to a place of natural beauty\, framed by placid ocean waters and majestic mountains. SUMMARY:Canada Day Paddle under the stars
DESCRIPTION:Join us in celebrating Canada this Canada Day on the water by star light. \nWe will launch for 10pm – midnight into Drew Harbour. As we paddle through the calm dark waters of the harbour we will be on the look out for bioluminescent algae. Depending on the residual light surrounding the paddlers each experience will be different in intensity. \nEach paddler will have a light fixed to thier person as well as the bow of thier vessel. For additional saftey we will be paddling in open sit on top kayaks or paddle boards.
